What we keep, and why
Sample privacy notice for a demo site. This demo stores nothing outside your browser. A real gym needs its own notice, reviewed under India's data protection law.
What we collect
When you enquire or book a trial: your name, your WhatsApp number, your goal if you choose one, your trial time and any note you add. For members: your plan and its dates.
What we never collect on the site
Health conditions, injuries, your weight or photos. If something matters for your training, tell your coach in person.
Why
To keep your trial booking, to send you the fees you asked for, and to remind members before their plan runs out.
Who sees it
The Third Set team. Messages go through the gym's own WhatsApp Business account.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for six months. Trial bookings and member details for as long as you train with us, and no more than two years after.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message and we won't send you another.
A copy, or deletion
Ask at the desk or reply to any message, and we'll send you a copy of what we hold or delete it.
